How we create your plan

The process begins when you book a one on one consultation with Right House.

Pop into one of our Solution Centres. The earlier you come and see us the better. We’ll explain more about how the Right House process works and our integrated solution.

1. We talk about your project

Once you’ve got a copy of your renovation plans we can sit down with you and listen while you tell us about your house, your lifestyle, and what you want to achieve with your home. We’ll ask you all the questions we need to know.

2. We develop a complete plan for you

One of our technical experts will assess your renovation plans and take all your objectives into consideration. After analysing your project we will deliver a well-considered and costed recommendation. We can structure this to suit your timeframe and budget. Whether you build new or renovate we will find the most suitable solution for you.

3. We supply, install and optimise the performance

We will supply all the components included in our recommendations and an approved Right House installer will install them all, to ensure they are compatible, work perfectly together and that the highest possible quality installation is achieved. We will liaise with and work alongside your builder or architect – talking professional to professional – so nothing is lost in translation.

Once we have fully installed a Right House solution we will provide you with training on the products and systems installed.

We also have ongoing maintenance and service programs which are available if required.
