Our experts have then assessed your home or building plans, your lifestyle, values and priorities and have developed a customised solution that covers all aspects of the Right House Daisy and best suits your needs. Our assessment and recommendations will then be presented to you in the form of an energy audit or report. The type of report you’ll receive depends on the kind of solution you’re after – we’ve included some sample reports below to give you an idea of the one that might be right for you.
Custom Solution Report
If you’re building a new home, then our Right House experts will provide a specialist analysis of your building plans, site and energy preferences to develop a Custom Audit Report which will include the most suitable technologies and appliances for your particular building project and lifestyle.

Energy Assessment Report
If you’re planning on renovating or revamping your home, we’ll assess things like your current heating, hot water, insulation, lighting and appliances and provide you with a tailor-made Energy Audit Report.

Premium Energy Assessment Report
This is where we bring in the big guns! Our Right House experts will use a series of thermal simulations to identify how the energy performance of your home can be improved. This will include both passive design options and active heating and cooling solutions. We’ll present our assessment and recommendations to you in a Premium Energy Audit Report.

A Home Energy Rating Scheme (or HERS) Report
This is an evaluation of the energy efficiency performance of your home and includes the building itself, as well as the two biggest energy users of your home – the room heating and water heating systems.
